Returns Policy
We accept returns for a full refund* within 30 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us if there’s an issue with your order.
No returns are accepted for the following items:
- Printed materials (stickers, art prints, bookmarks)
- Sale or imperfect items
- Mugs or candles
*Customers pay return shipping and handling fees. Refunds are issued for the item(s) only, minus return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return packages. International customers will not be refunded duties or customs fees.

How to submit a return request:

Log in to/create your account:

Enter the six-digit code sent to your email.
- Select the order and items you want to return.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and leave a note (if applicable).
- Click Request return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund you the total for the items minus the cost of return shipping fees.

Damaged Orders
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Sale Items
Any items on sale or marked as "final sale" or "imperfect" are final sale and we will not accept returns or refunds for these items.
Preorders
No cancellations or refunds after 2 weeks from the order date. Returns accepted within 30 business days of delivery (customer pays return shipping).
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We recommend starting a return for your item (return shipping fees apply) and leave a note with the product and size you want to exchange with.
Lost or returned packages
Ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to resend.
