Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for a full refund* within 30 business days of order delivery. But please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order. We offer returns on unworn, unwashed shirts with tags still attached, and proof of receipt or order. 

Items we do not except returns on:

  • Printed materials (stickers, art prints, bookmarks)
  • Sale or imperfect items
  • Spooky Collection items from our 2024 drop (these are made to order by a 3rd party manufacturer this year, so we will NOT be accepting returns or exchanges on these)
  • Mugs or candles

*Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the total for the items minus the cost of return shipping fees.

We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages. International customers will not be refunded any duties or customs fees paid at checkout.

Final sale items such as imperfect items are not eligible for returns.

How to submit a return request:

  1. Log in to/create your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund you the total for the items minus the cost of return shipping fees.

Damaged Orders

Please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of order delivery if there are damages to your order. We will strive to evaluate and provide the best solution to your issue. 

Sale Items

Any items on sale or marked as "final sale" are final sale and we will not accept returns or refunds for these items.  

Preorders

We do not offer cancellations or refunds on any preorders after 2 weeks from date of order. We do accept returns on preorder items for a full refund within 30 business days of order delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Gift Cards

We are not accepting refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

Please reach out to us if you would like to exchange your order. We will recommend starting a return for your item (return shipping fees apply) and purchase the desired item in a new order.

Lost or returned packages

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us at checkout. If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and is returned to sender, customer will be responsible for shipping costs to the correct address.
